International Womxn’s Day is not a solution, it is a call to action. It is a day when people listen to voices that are so often lost. I know the tone on LinkedIn today will be statistic driven, we need to spotlight the gaps in superannuation, the imbalance in companies’ parental leave policies, the fact that more womxn in Australia have post-graduate degrees than men which is not reflected in the boardroom.
