International Womxn’s Day is not a solution, it is a call to action. It is a day when people listen to voices that are so often lost. I know the tone on LinkedIn today will be statistic driven, we need to spotlight the gaps in superannuation, the imbalance in companies’ parental leave policies, the fact that more womxn in Australia have post-graduate degrees than men which is not reflected in the boardroom. Yes, these are essential conversations and I will repost and respond to these today and beyond.

In 2023, it will be more important than ever for us to reflect on the progress that has been made and consider how the feminist movement should continue to evolve in order to meet the changing needs of society. I think the most effective way to do so is to reflect on the current landscape and identify a few key trends…
